This policy explains what information DepreGatto collects when you use our website, plugins, and support channels, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you contact support we receive the email address you write from and the contents of your message, so we can help you. When you purchase a plugin, our payment and licensing partner Freemius processes your order and license; we receive the order and license details needed to provide and support the product, but not your full payment card data.

Third-party services

We use Freemius for checkout, licensing, and customer support tooling, and Cloudflare R2 to host documentation and translation files. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How we use your information

We use it only to deliver, support, and improve our plugins — answering your questions, fulfilling licenses, and sending service-related messages. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
