These terms govern your use of the DepreGatto website and plugins. By purchasing or using our products you agree to them.

Licenses

Plugin licenses are sold through Freemius on a per-site-tier basis. A license entitles you to use the plugin on the number of sites in your plan and to receive updates and support for the license period. Licenses are governed by the GNU General Public License where applicable.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Freemius in US dollars. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the plugin does not work for you, contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense our plugins outside the terms of their license. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your site before installing or configuring any plugin.

Warranty and liability

Our plugins are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DepreGatto is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from their use.
